● Special rates and added complimentary amenities will only be available to delegates who book through the official housing bureau. Although we have done our due diligence and negotiated the lowest possible group rates, we cannot predict future offers made by our contracted hotels.

● Hotel booking deadline is on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 23:59 CST (China Standard Time). Please note rooms may be sold out prior to this date.
